After receiving the package, you have 14 days to comfortably try on the ordered products at home and decide whether they meet your expectations. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you fill out the return form before 14 days after receiving the package. Remember that you should send the product back to us immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract (by filling out the form).

Returned goods must not have signs of use and must be originally packaged. Remember also that you are responsible for any diminution in the value of the product, resulting from the use of the product beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product.

3. After the return package arrives at the local warehouse in your country, it is forwarded to our primary warehouse in Poland, a process that can take between 2-14 business days. The refund process takes approximately 2-14 business days, depending on your payment method. Usually, the refund is processed on the same day we receive the package at our main warehouse.
