Returns (Poland)

The following information applies to returns for orders within Poland. For international orders, please see → INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Once you receive your package, you have 14 days to try on your ordered clothing or shoes at home and decide whether they meet your expectations. To meet the return deadline, simply fill out the return form within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please remember to send the product back without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal from the purchase (by completing the form).

Returned shoes must not show any signs of wear and must be in their original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from handling it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, or functioning.
