1. My Order

How quickly will I receive my order?
Order status updates are sent automatically by email. You can also check the status after logging in to your account on our website.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only before the order has been paid for. Once processed, please contact us urgently by email – our team will do their best to help.

2. Product Availability

When will a specific model be restocked?
Deliveries are made regularly, but we do not provide exact dates. Feel free to message us by email or on Instagram – sometimes a size or model may be available even if it’s not shown on the website.

3. Sizing

How do I choose the right size of exotic pole dance shoes?
Each product includes a size chart. Measure your foot length while standing and compare it to the chart. If you’d like assistance, email us at mail@guiltee.shop and include the following details:

  • Foot length
  • Foot width (narrow/wide)
  • Size and brand of other exotic shoes you own
  • Any other relevant details (e.g., bunions)

4. Delivery

What is the delivery time?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

What are the delivery costs?
- InPost Parcel Lockers® – 16 PLN
- InPost Courier – 18 PLN
- UPS Courier – 20 PLN
*Prices apply within Poland.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! The cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and the parcel weight. Exact details will appear at checkout after adding products to your cart.

When is delivery free?
For orders over 649 PLN within Poland – shipping is free.

5. Returns / Exchange / Complaints

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your package to request a return or exchange.

How do I file a complaint?
Email us at mail@guiltee.shop, including photos and a description of the issue. For more details, click here.

How do I return a product?

  1. Log in and request a return via the form. Send back the package – your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
  2. No account? Request a return by email. For convenience, we recommend creating an account.

How do I exchange a product?
Contact us and fill out the form: click here. The fastest option is to place a new order and return the previous one.
